Constructability input during design
We will look at a set and tell you what will be hard to erect: connections with no access for a wrench, members that cannot be flown into position in the sequence shown, bracing that has to stay in place longer than the schedule allows, and picks that no crane can make from the available setup.
Field-fit reality checks
Existing buildings are rarely what the as-builts say. On retrofit and reinforcement work we field-measure before fabrication and report the actual dimensions and conditions, so the steel that arrives fits the building that exists.
Flagging detail problems before fabrication
During shop drawing review we raise what we see, in writing, to you and the fabricator at the same time. A connection questioned during review is a conversation; the same connection questioned on the deck is a stop-work.
Clean as-built feedback
You get photographs, field notes and marked-up drawings of what was actually installed, including any approved field modifications, so your record set and your closeout letter are accurate.
